We want you to be happy with your purchase! The original shipping fees of our products to the customer's address are non-refundable and customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipments. Contact a customer service representative for our return shipment address and to start the return process. Your refund will be processed after we have received the product.
*Pleae Note: The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and insuring the product. If there are any damages or defects on the product a fee will be deducted by Sack Chairs based on the extent of the damage when received by Sack Chairs shipping. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with their shipping carrier to receive compensation for any loss due to damages or lost packages during shipping. Sack Chairs will also deduct the original shipping fee of the product to the customer's address.

I just opened the box, now what?
All Sack Chairs ship in a vacuum packed box reduced to approximately 1/8 the normal size of the foam chair (Click here to see each Sack Chairs actual shipping box dimensions and weights). In order to ship these huge bean bags we need to shrink them down to the smallest possible size. This saves on shipping costs, which means you save money. Kinda cool, huh? When the box is opened, the huge bean bag will take approximately one week to poof or foof back to its original size. Why is my Sack Chair grey?
Don’t worry, we didn’t accidentally send you the wrong color. Every Sack Chair comes with a FREE heavy-duty grey twill liner. All of our competitors use a cheap light weight nylon material that can easily rip or tear and shred at the seams. Here at Sack Chairs we don’t cut any corners when making our foam furniture. The inner grey liner is made from a durable twill fabric that is similar to the material used for our standard outer twill covers. This allows you the flexibility to remove the beanbag cover for washing, without disrupting the foam inside. As an added bonus, some people choose to occasionally use the large bean bag with the grey liner as an alternate color option.
When purchasing your Sack Chair you can choose from a variety of colors offered in our super durable twill fabric or our luxurious micro suede. Don’t forget, unlike a couch, you can always decide someday to purchase an additional Sack Chair cover to match a new decorating style.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes you can. In order to wash the cover you will need to first remove it from the foam bag (we hope this is an obvious suggestion). Next, turn it inside out and zip it shut to avoid having the open zipper damage the material. Select “cold water” and machine wash. We recommend washing your Sack Chair cover by itself and line drying. However some people choose to tumble dry with low or no heat.
Does my foam furniture come with a warranty?
All Sack Chair furniture comes with a 2 year warranty against any manufacturer defects. We are committed to providing quality foam furniture! All of our products are designed for comfort, style and durability. Most of our competitors use a flimsy nylon liner and some even charge extra for it! We are the only foam bag manufacturer who uses a heavy twill inner liner at NO ADDITIONAL COST! The seams on both the cover and the liner are double stitched so they won’t come apart or tear. All Sack Chairs have been tested for quality assurance so we can stand behind our products with confidence.

I didn’t receive any email confirmation of my order?
Every order we process for one of our huge bean bags is automatically sent an Order Confirmation to the email address provided on the order. You didn’t receive one? First thing to do is check the “bulk” or “spam” folder of your email account. If you don’t find it in one of these folders, it’s gone forever. Nope! Just kidding, simply send customer service an email at orders@sackchairs.com with the subject “Resend Order Confirmation #(your order #). After sending the request, make sure your spam filters allow email coming from orders@sackchairs.com.
If for some strange reason you are still unable to receive the order confirmation simple contact customer service and ask for one to be mailed or faxed to you the old fashioned way.
What will the charge look like on my credit card statement?
When you receive your credit card statement, the charge will be listed as “Sack Chairs”. Your credit card will be charged immediately when you place your order with SackChairs.com.
